Mantras are a sound or phrase usually sung or spoken in Sanskrit, and repeated continually for a period of time. They are an aid to concentration and meditation but perhaps more importantly are very effective at lifting the spirits and bringing about a general sense of well being. It is a good opportunity to connect with others and nourish our souls.
It will be very casual, you don’t need to have a great singing voice, just an open mind!
I will provide sheets with the mantras on them and tea and cake. There is no charge for the evening.
